SIDEBAR Beverage Systems One Year Limited Warranty
What does this warranty cover: All SIDEBAR Beverage Systems products, accessories, and merchandise purchased directly from us or any authorized re-seller of our products.
How long is the warranty: One (1) year from the date of the original purchase or ‘in-service’ date.
What we will do: SIDEBAR Beverage Systems, at our discretion, will either repair or replace your product(s) at no cost to you.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your SIDEBAR Products product under any of the following conditions: The serial number has been removed or modified – Your SIDEBAR has been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse, and/or improper installation). - Your SIDEBAR has been modified in any way.
For Warranty Service: Contact us either by phone or email (800)-775-6150 / email@example.com, we will email you a service ticket to include inside the package you are shipping to us. Please be sure to include your contact information inside the package (Name, Address, Phone Number, and brief description of the problem). You must pay the cost to ship the product to us, we will send the return shipment back you at our expense. Send the package to the following address:

If your product is out of warranty, we are still here to help! DO not hesitate to contact us for service. In most cases, any problems with your SIDEBAR System are easily fixed and at very little or no cost, depending on the circumstances.
